One of my fav hormone friendly recipes (& yes there's chocolate)


Hey,

I wanted to share one of my all time favourite spring and summer recipes:

You can play around with the ingredients and it always turns out delicious!

Tips:

  • To make them nut-free: swap almond butter so a seed butter like tahini
  • Cereal I like using: One Degree or Nature's Path
  • Extras: add some flaky salt on top or play around with adding warm marshmallows or coconut flakes if that's your jam

You can also easily turn this into seed cycling bars by using:

✓ pumpkin seed butter instead of almond butter + flax during menstrual & follicular phase

✓ sunflower butter instead of almond butter + sesame seeds instead of flax during ovulation & luteal phase
